Maximum size for the images is 3400 X 3400.
Minimal size for the images is 800 px. 

Pictures made at car-shows or in showrooms will not be allowed.
The pictures have to be made by the spotter or spotcrew themselves.
Cars with non visible license plates won't be allowed.*
Pictures should be of reasonable quality.
Spots at meetings will not be allowed.

Spots made on the highway cannot be double.

The spotted car cannot be spot by the same person twice by the same person.

The spotted car has to be fully visible on at least one picture.

The spotter car has to be visible at every picture.
